National Symposiumon Proton Therapy

The National and Kapodistrian University of Athens has launched a major initiative to finally establish a state-of-the-art Proton Therapy Unit in the country. In this context, the Department of Applied Medical Physics, in collaboration with the Hellenic Association of Medical Physicists (HAMP) and the University of Pennsylvania, and with the support of Papapostolou Company and IBA, is organizing the 1st Symposium on November 7, 2025, in the event hall of the Medical School of NKUA, featuring leading scientists and experts in the field.
